岗位职责:

1. Create/maintain Capital Expenditure spend down log with full comparison against budget
2. Assist in developing and automating daily, monthly and quarterly financial reports
3. Assist in preparing annual operating budgets and in their implementation
4. Assist in organizing and maintaining legal and operational confidential documents
5. Assist in auditing finance, business office and HR reports for data capture accuracy
6. Assist in investigating, analyzing and reporting actual to budget variances and significant findings
7. Work with dept managers to develop quantitative measurements to analyzing and assess staffing needs
8. Support implementation of IT system upgrade and provide training and analysis as to how revenue cycle departments can better utilize current IT system
9. Assist with UFH SOX audit & preparation
10. Support RCOO in all analysis functions, including
a. Return on Investment calculations for capital equipment purchases
b. Profitability analysis for departments and product lines
c. Pricing analysis for services with elastic demand

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
? Strong oral and written English communication skills
? Must be willing to work overtime as needed
? Excellent computer skills (including Access & Excel) proficiency in other MS office apps
? Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts
* Additional education maybe substituted for experience and vice versa

? Should have good time management and organizational skills and should be able to work
? Must be able to maintain confidentiality
? Strong cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills

Knowledge:
? Knowledge of financial terminology and analytical techniques
? Should have strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other analytical software, preferably an accounting system such as JD Edwards
