1.Assist in gathering the design briefing sent from global markets under different classifications/brands, and forward on to the relevant vendors to prepare samples and designs prior to buyer's trip in China.

2.Manage sending and filing the new development samples.

3.Travel with Buyers and DDGS Merchants to Asia fairs, showrooms and factories when necessary.

4.Filing the samples and quotations received from the vendors on shared folder, update the sourcing checking list on shared folder.

5.Assist with communication about the sample request with vendors sample making staff, follow up on sample status.

6.Coordinate and document the individual packing details (quality, color, CADs requirement) for all Home brands, and categories.

7.Assist with collecting buying samples in a timely manner from the manufactures and send to DDGS Merchants with complete and accurate sample information on sample submission form.

8.Coordinate style revisions and assist to communication to the vendors.

任职要求

1.Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years working experience in sourcing/buying office in home category.

2.Time and calendar management skills.

3.Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.

4.Product development experience and knowledge across multiple home classifications.

5.Strong communication skills.
