About Animal Health Business
Job Responsibilities
-Achieve Business Target and other KPIs.
-Achieve business goals of each brand & product series in TMALL Flagship store (FGS)
-Manage the TMALL search(CPC) and CPM as well as other traffic driver.
-Make the daily offtake tracking, analysis and optimization
-Manage and optimize the store service operation
-Make promotion plan in TMALL
-Sales operation collaboration
-Coordinate with cross functional teams to support business (Supply Chain, customer service, marketing, IT-)
-Maintain good and regular commercial relationship with Tmall Team
-Distributor management (customer service, order tracking, supply, and inventory)
-Responsible for GTN reimbursement.
-Degree: Bachelor
-Major: business, marketing, pharmaceutical, or animal health
-Required skills: office software, especially PPT; strong business sense of product portfolio play, merchandising, profitability and revenue; skillful sales skill and business negotiation; be proactive and driving; good execution and result driven; good presentation skill, including PPT writing and in-person presentation
-Language skills & proficiency: fluent written and oral English
-Required experience: at least 4 years working experience in online flagship store in TMALL. Total working experience will be more than 6 years

Job Responsibilities

-On-going analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion analysis, user database growth and behavior, marketing programs.
Qualifications
