Responsibilities:

1) Delivers process consulting for both packaged and managed services in customer engagements.
2) Analyzes, delivers, and leads execution of methodologies supporting "As-Is" processes and best practice based "To-Be" process working practices and solution deployment plans.
3) Maps customer processes to technology through solid understanding of PTC technology capabilities and designed usage patterns coupled with detailed process understanding.
4) Investigate the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficient workflows that could be improved.
5) Leads customer teams to optimize ways in which information technology supports defined working practices.
6) Engages customers at the supervisor and individual contributor levels to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
7) Leverages the PTC process framework and validated processes to align and guide account teams.
8) Participates in Process Workshops/Work Sessions with customer and PTC personnel to assess how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization.
9) Produces supporting and deliverable documentation as defined by the engagement
10) Helps customers to realize value from PTC solutions through process improvement and enablement.
11) Development of materials necessary to support successful delivery and status of Process consulting efforts.
12) Successful delivery of premium services to our customers resulting in improved satisfaction, recognized value, and additional business.

Requirements

1) Bachelors Degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar with Technical Background.
2) 1+ years consulting experience.
3) Experience in PDM or ERP projects.
4) Familiar with PTC products a big plus.
5) Gathering project requirements by review customer business process, define solution that meets customer requirements.
6) Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
7) Good English both written and spoken.
8) Travel depending on project.
