1. 参与项目仿真管理，负责项目中的仿真工作，完成项目中仿真、OLP、相关文档和调试支持等工作。

Participate in simulation project management, responsible for simulation related work in project, complete robotic simulation, OLP, other related documentation and site support.

2. 参与项目实施过程中的仿真审核，满足客户需求，降低出错率，保证仿真质量。

Responsible to audit the simulation results during project to meet the needs of customers, reduce the error rate, ensure the simulation quality.

3. 管理项目中的供应商工程师。保证项目成员高效的完成工作。

Manage the supplier engineer in project to ensure team’s high efficiency.

4. 执行内部流程以及ISO流程。

Execute internal process and ISO process.

5. 技术风险评估，控制项目风险。

Technology risk assessment, Control the project risk.

6. 参与供应商技术交流，确定采购件型号；负责采购件的下单，并跟踪变更，确保采购件的准确性。

Participate in the communication with suppliers for purchasing; Responsible for order purchasing parts, tracking modification, ensure purchasing accuracy.

7. 配合项目中的工艺工程师完成项目工艺的制定，协助目设计团队完成前期可行性方案验证。

Support process engineer to complete process planning, Support design team for design concept validation.

8. 检查验证夹具设计和焊枪设计，提出合理的修改建议，高效的完成仿真验证工作。

Vertify and Validation the fixture’s design and gun’s design, suggest with sensible proposal, ensure a efficiency job.

9. 完成关键工艺的仿真工作，如包边、FRAMER、激光工位。

Complete simulation task for key technology, e.g. Framer, Laser. etc.

10. 完成现场机器人工程师使用的离线程序等相关调试文档 ，完成其他与仿真相关的文档。

Complete simulation task for key technology, e.g. Framer, Laser. etc.

11. 现场支持机器人工程师调试。

Support robot application engineer on site.

12. 高质高效完成公司交办的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by the company with high quality and high efficiency.

岗位资格 Qualification：

专科，机械工程类背景

junior college, majored in mechanical engineering or automobile related major

2年以上汽车焊装线设计经验

2+ Design experience in welding line

2年以上仿真工作经验

2+years of simulation experience

熟悉Process Design, Process Simulate,Robcad；

Familiar with robotic simulation with Process Design, Process Simulate,Robcad;

了解Plant-Simulate,Delmia；

Understand Plant-Simulate,Delmia;

熟悉CATIA，CAD等设计软件；

Familiar with CAITA, CAD;

熟悉白车身工艺，对电焊、涂胶和包边等工艺有一定了解；

Familiar with BIW process planning, understand basic technology of welding, sealing, hemming, etc.

对夹具设计有初步了解；

Understand basically of fixture design.

了解机器人的离线编程；

Understand basically OLP.

了解白车身行业装备设计；

Know well about BIW industry.
