Primary purpose of role:

To act as the interface between Costa and Franchise Partner. To ensure

·        Accurate and smooth supply chain management to franchise partners

·        Franchise database & basic reports are accurate and time to time generated / maintained

·        Accurate and on time franchise payment management

·        OPS / Marketing SOP / Guidance edit & communication to franchise partners

Key Accountabilities:

1.      Consolidate and provide updated product / order/ vendor information to FP; handle supply related internal process

2.      Compile/edit COSTA seasonal campaign franchise Massimo documents

3.      Tracking and solve supply variance with COSTA CST team, support Head of Franchise to improve supply chain service to Franchise Partner

4.      Consolidate all franchise payment information to AR team, and support collecting the payment

5.      Setup and maintain franchise account and database

6.      Support Head of Franchise document routine reports and department paper works

7.      Share best practice and critical information between Costa and franchise partners

8.      Basic analyse on franchise OPS/Supply Chain/FIN data

1.        Ability to analyse data (financial, statistical or clerical) and translate into action

2.        Understanding of financial reporting and business operations.

7.        Operating within a partnership or operations environment with experience in overcoming challenges and delivering results

8.        Retail industry OPS support function background is preferred

The Costa Coffee story began back in 1971, when two Italian brothers – Sergio and Bruno – arrived in London with a burning desire to make great tasting coffee a part of everyday life. In 1981 they opened the first coffee shop in the heart of London, from here the Costa family continued to expand across London, the UK and eventually the globe. There are now over 3,800 Costa Coffee shops in 32 markets, 8,000 express machines worldwide and over 3,000 Proud to serve partnerships in the UK.
Costa Coffee started its footprint in China in 2006 when the first Costa store was opened in Shanghai. Now there are over 500 Costa stores across China with several thousand Costa employees and partners dedicating to inspiring China to love great coffee.
