1. 使用MSDS, COSHH, RA等风险评估文档，准确识别实验或中试生产过程中的风险并加以正确的控制；根据实验室规定处理废液、废弃物等。

2.  具有良好的学习能力，能快速准确掌握新的实验方法并将方法应用到实验或中试生产中，能正确使用和维护实验及中试生产设备。

3.  能根据实验设计或SOP的规定准确开展实验或中试生产，在实验或中试生产过程中能够正确记录实验的操作细节、现象和相关数据，并及时反馈，按时保质保量完成工作。 

4.  服从领导的安排，具有良好的团队协作能力，能准确及时进行沟通和反馈，协助领导或同事顺利展开实验或中试生产工作。

   
   

任职资格：

1. 30周岁以下，高分子材料/有机化学/应用化学/制药专业，本科及以上学历，具有至少2年相关工作经验；有相关离子交换树脂或水处理行业工作背景优先。

2. 熟悉化学合成中的各种基元操作和实验设备（反应装置、蒸馏装置及纯化装置等），做过聚合和有机合成者优先考虑。

3. 有依据SOP进行实验者优先考虑；有中试生产经验者优先考虑。

4. 具有较强的劳动纪律，责任心强，工作积极主动。
