职位概要: Brief of responsibility

1. 负责生产过程中的质量数据的分析，同时对过程中发生的质量问题及时与相关部门沟通并解决。Take care of in-process quality date analysis, when quality issue happened in production process, quality engineer should discuss with relevant persons and solve the quality problem.

2. 负责处理客户投诉，并寻求质量问题解决的方法。Deal with customer complaint, and look for right solution to solve quality issues.

3. 提供产品检验标准和要求的培训给质量技术员和检查员。Provide quality standard and requirements to quality technician and inspector.

工作内容: Key Responsibilities

  %对过程检验及出货检验中的质量控制,并对这些过程中发生的问题及时处理Responsible for in-process and out-going control and deal with quality problems which happened during these processes in time;

  %负责客户投诉处理过程。Deal with customer compliant.  

  %就生产过程中出现的问题，与其它相关部门密切配合，协同解决．Participate in trouble-shooting process with other relevant departments.

  %设定质量控制计划，负责SPC, Cpk, GR&R,MSA 等．  Responsible for quality control plan, SPC, Cpk, GR&R, and MSA etc. 

  %新产品＼新项目引进的 APQP 过程的参与．New product/project introduction process (APQP) participation.

  %协助主管提高全员质量意识，参与质量培训，对检验员的进行重点指导。Assist quality manager to strengthen employee’s quality consciousness, join quality training, provide guidance to inspectors in time.

  %使用各种数理统计方法对各种质量数据进行监测、分析，及时发现并预测问题，协助制定纠正预防措施。对各种纠正和预防措施的落实情况进行监督验证，并及时将情况汇报给质量经理。  Using statistic methods to monitor and analyze quality data so that fining and prevent quality problem, and make corrective and preventative action. All corrective&preventative action should be monitored and report to quality manager.

  %质量报表的统计分析（每周，月，季，年）.Quality report statistics and analysis (weekly report/monthly report/quarterly report/annual report)

  %上级指派的其他事宜.Others as assigned by supervisor.

培训经历: occupational Training requirement:

◆大专或同等学历以上. 质量体系培训,质量工具培训(College or above)，Quality system training , quality tools training

技能技巧: Skills

◆熟悉品质工具的应用；Skill at quality tools usage;

◆具备一定的质量标准方面的知识如TS16949/ISO9001；Have a certain  knowledge on quality standard such as TS16949/ISO9001；

◆良好的沟通能力，Good communication skills;

◆熟练使用办公软件及相关的人事管理软件；Skilled use of office software and the hr software

◆较好的英文听、说、读、写能力。 Excellent English (listening ,reading & writing, oral)

◆具有很强的沟通、协调和推进能力，注重细节； Be good at communication, Willing to deal with details

◆高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情，能接受高强度的工作，工作态度积极乐观；Endurance, honesty, optimism, sonny
