职位描述：

· Coordinating into occupied buildings/office suites through the effective administration and usage of automated access control systems

· Coordinating the provision, maintenance and usage of security alarms and CCTV systems.

· Assisting in the risk categorisation of buildings and internal, and identifying the security requirements for such building

· Providing security awareness training to all new hirers as part of their inductiong process and other staff on a regular basis.

· Supervising security procedures well followed by the staff and Ensuring that all staff are aware of the need report any security related incidents immediately.

· Producing and maintaining a local security procedures document detailing all relevant security policies and regulations.

· Establishing and maintaining close liaison with local law enforcement and security agencies.

· Producing and maintaining a Local Security Procedures document detailing all relevant security policies and regulations.

· Attending and participating in regional security management conference calls and meetings.

· Ensuring that they are aware of all off-site conferences and events and facilitating the provision of additional security measures at such events where necessary.

· Establishing close liaison with local building management staff at all locations in Shanghai

· Implement a fire & safety management system for the purpose of ensuring the safety, and protecting the health and welfare, of staff in the offices

· Any other security or facilities related task required by local management and regional security management.

任职要求：

1）Operation & customer service skills

1. Minimum 3 years of solid security operation management experience in security field, experience in major office in Financial industry is highly preferred;

2. Solid knowledge and sound experience in customer service.

2）Leadership skills

Lead and influence others, foster teamwork; motivate, coach others to deal with technical issues;

3）Decision Making Skills:

Able to generate a number of solution alternatives, choose or recommend a choice and implement the most appropriate solution for the situation;
