Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for service activities like installation and start-up of machines, maintenance, upgrades, repairing and handover the machines to customer

· Independent technical failure analysis and failure resolving

· Performing of Software modification at existing machines

· Performing of trainings internally or on customer side

· Spare parts controlling and management

Qualifications

· Experience in technical service at machinery and mechanical engineering business

· Flexibility and willingness to travel

· Independent working

· High customer orientation

· Collaborative skills

· Proficient English language skills and Intercultural competence

Education and/or Experience

· Degree in Electrical Engineering and or Mechanical Engineering or associated degree in related fields is preferred
