The person should be a seasoned and strategic digital marketing executive with proven experience in China consumer organizations. The individual will have an in-depth working knowledge of the digital commerce landscape in Greater China with a proven track record and is comfortable working in matrix global working environment
A minimum of 4-6 years digital marketing/strategy experience with a track record of building a strong brand and business
Outstanding track record of profitably developing and executing data-driven online marketing strategies
Strong background in interactive marketing and program execution, with an understanding of web analytics on platform like google analytics, baidu tongji, Tableau and others
The ability to formulate long-term marketing strategy and brand value propositions which connect with the overall business strategy
Exceptional ability to communicate in both Chinese and English and to build solid partnerships both externally and internally
Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and goal setting including manage multiple projects, determine project urgency, create detailed action plans and organize schedules, people and tasks
Description
- Develop annual and quarterly online marketing strategies and plans in order to meet overall business goals and KPIs set in each line of business
- Clearly communicate status throughout the quarter against goals and objectives to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities
- In a cost effective way, build the Blue Nile Online Stores awareness and drive new customers to the web site (like: official site and 3rd party EC platform) for deeper engagement and transaction
- Manage and scale our Performance Partnership Program (Affiliate Marketing) and work with our local agency to develop strategies that create deeper relationships with our partners to drive incremental revenue through online
- Provide leadership and innovative thinking to the analysis of market trends, data and identification of new market opportunities
- Evaluate newly emerging opportunities against financial goals and brand fit, build and present business case, and test as appropriate
- Work cross functionally with the Marcom teams to ensure the correct positioning and optimization of content for target customers
- Design and promote marketing activities to customers and sign cooperation agreements;
- Dig and connect suitable business resources and be responsible for traffic conversion;
- Establish new partnerships and gradually expand market share;
- Continuously improve cooperation and promotion strategies;
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and also have the ability to drive results through strong collaboration and team work. The candidate must have high-energy and be a hands-on individual with strength of conviction
- An excellent communicator, a highly energetic self-starter and someone known to be creative, flexible and result oriented.
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and highly detail oriented
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment
- Tmall/JD marketing experience is must
- Good data analysis skill
- Bachelor degree or above
- CET 4 or above
