职位描述
Sales Administrator - Retail
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all online sales and CRM data input from e-commerce channels into company systems
Coordinate with internal teams such as Project, Logistic, Customer Service for stock IN/OUT records of replenishment, repair orders, etc.
Communicate with external parties, e.g. Tmall to ensure accurate sales data
Handle general clerical work and administration duties
Assist CRM Manager in day to day operations
Support the team on reporting and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- College Degree or above
Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience
Experience in e-Commerce will be an advantage
Good coordination skill
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in CRM system i.e. Salesforce / Cegid an advantage
Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
Detail-oriented, well-organized and accurate
Responsible, independent and a good team player
