职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for overall supervision of the Treasury Back-Office Department;
? Ensure accuracy, prompt processing of all treasury related processing including but not limited to Regulatory Reporting, Group Reporting , management Reporting etc.
? Co-ordinate with Global Markets on the funding requirements;
? Prepare and ensure timely submission of all required reports/returns to Head Office, PBOC and other relevant regulatory authorities, management reporting
? Ensure prompt settlements and receipt of proceeds for all treasury transactions;
? Ensure all treasury transactions are duly authorized and transactions are in line with the PBOC/regulatory authorities’ regulations & Head Office guidelines and Internal practice /policy /manuals
? Ensure & observe cap, gap and placement and forex limit, DV limit ,FIS limit etc. and maturity limits for banks approved by Head Office;
? Daily verification of compulsory regulatory ratios (e.g. Short and long term Foreign debt quota, FX NOP etc.) as imposed by SAFE and other regulators
? Supervise the preparation of Daily Interest Gap related Report timely and accurately;
? Ensure reporting/compilation of expected daily inflow/outflow Nostro funds within the time line; including preparation of forecast cash flow
? Monitor and ensure the Branch's Nostro a/cs are closely monitored and no overdrawn;
? Ensure compliance with exchange control regulations and attend to regulatory authorities’(i.e. PBOC/SAFE/CBRC) various online reporting promptly;
? Ensure strict compliance over anti-money laundering measures;
? Holder of appropriate S.W.I.F.T. and CNY payment system function as assigned by the Bank;
? Ensure K+TP system is running in proper order and highlights any problems encountered. Suggest enhancement where necessary;
? Work closely with IT Officer to carry out automation of processes, UAT, testing of the fixes, when required;
? Administer, manage the related treasury reporting systems required by the regulators;
? Attend to the update of the treasury back-office related manuals from time to time;
? Ensure treasury-related accounting entries are properly passed/posted accurately;
? Attend to Global Markets/Group risk's request on update limit related matter in KGR
Ensure and observe placement limit, FX limit, Fixed income limit , DV limit, FEC limit & etc. are in order as per Group office's approval is the duty of TBO, Head. Monthly reconciliation of limit between KGR and MGIL ( Maybank Group interbank Limit ) is one of the task to be carried out by TBO as stipulated in the monthly task checklist.
Qualification
?Degree in Finance or Economy;
?More than 8 years Treasury settlement related exposure; at least 2 years management experience;
?Good speaking, writing skills in English;
Competencies
?Interpersonal communication skill;
?Familiar with Treasury products and treasury settlement
?Management skill
