岗位职责：

1、负责新项目前期质量策划，配合项目要求制定PFMEA/CP并负责提交PPAP资料并获得客户批准

2、负责控制计划，检验指导等质量文件的制定、更新以及培训相关员工

3、负责处理客户投诉，运用8D.5why等报告反馈客户，追踪至问题解决

4、负责处理工厂内部质量问题，定期对产品/过程进行审核，采取相关纠正或改善措施

5、其他与质量相关的工作

6、完成上级主管安排的其他任务

质量工程师岗位资格：

1.3年以上质量工作经验，有汽车零部件(T1&T2)工厂质量管理经验者优先；

2.机械/汽车制造专业本科及以上学历，熟悉注塑、冲压，电镀等工艺者优先

3.办事沉稳、细致，有责任感，有良好的团队合作意识，良好的沟通协调能力

4.熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PowerPoint等办公软件，良好的英语书面及口语表达能力

5.熟悉IATF16949汽车管理体系。精通汽车行业PFMEA、CP、MSA、PPAP、SPC等核心工具

Project quality engineer job duties:

1. Responsible for the early stage of the new project quality planning, cooperate projects require PPAP data, such as the formulation of PFMEA /CP and obtain customer approval

2. Responsible for the control plan, inspection of the quality documents such as the guidance make, update, and training related to employees

3. Responsible for handling customer complaints, and using 8D,5why  to report customer feedback, tracking to problem solving

4. Responsible for quality problem within the processing factory, to product/process audit on a regular basis, related to correct or improve measures

5. Other quality related work

6. Finish other task supervisor arrangement

Project quality engineer job requirements:

1.More than 1.5 years working experience in quality, auto parts factory quality management experience is preferred;

2. Major in mechanical/automotive or above, familiar with injection molding, stamping, plating process is preferred

3. Handle affairs composed, meticulous, has the sense of responsibility, has the good team cooperation consciousness, good communication and coordination ability

4. Skilled use of EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint and other office software, good English in both written and oral English ability

5. Be familiar with TS16949 automotive management system. Proficient in the auto industry of PFMEA, CP, MSA, PPAP core tools, SPC, etc
