Responsibilities and duties

·       Maintain and support our APAC Benchmarking Platform and access on the Cloud Azure or on Customer premises

·       Develop and sustain an engagement model based on the value of the A2Mac1 Benchmarking platform, Services and their content

·       Answer to APAC customer requests related to Benchmarking Platform support requests, implementations, upgrades and migrations

·       Align business processes, business & IT requirements and platform capabilities, including business processes and functions, data model, applicative architecture, technology architecture

·       Align the project plan with the A2Mac1 R&D and Service roadmaps, including specification, prototyping, data migration, solution integration, end-user education

·       Drive the project delivery from inception to stabilization to ensure end-user satisfaction

·       Involve the A2mac1 teams (IT specialists, automotive consultants, service managers, technical account managers) as appropriate to maintain a high-level delivery quality and trust

·       Identify new growth opportunities

·       Identify best practices to replicate

 

Qualifications and skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering- or IT-related field is preferred

·       10-year+ of demonstrated track record in IT solution deployments, upgrades, migrations and application support

·       Advanced skills in

o   .NET, ASP , C#, scripting

o   Azure and Windows Server

o   SQL Server

o   Network and security

·       Interpersonal, management, verbal and written communication skills

·       “Team Player” attitude with excellent organizational skills and proven ability to leverage internal resources

·       Solution Architecture and Project Management experience

·       Professional English written & oral

·       Professional Japanese written & oral, Chinese is a plus

·       Experience in the Automotive or Benchmarking industry is a plus
