CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drafting of basic materials including Clipping, simple clipping analysis, clipping report, initial research findings and social content for review by supervisor for internal and client distribution;
• Create and maintain media/KOL lists and handle routine media inquiries;
• Monitor media to report coverage that affects the Client’s business;
• Handle basic research of Client’s business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base;
• Liaise with third party suppliers such as couriers, venues, caterers;
• Be an active member in the brainstorm process where we will flesh out ideas as they relate to client objectives and learn how to integrate digital and traditional communication strategies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred in communications, journalism, marketing, English or related field;
• Internships in social media or public relations within an agency setting or in the communications department of a company;
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• Proficiency with Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel as well as social media platforms(WeChat Official Account);
• Ability to handle administrative tasks in a timely manner, including completion of timesheets and expense reports;
• Basic understanding and interest of the field of communication.
