Take charge of overall enterprise business application management leading a team of around 15;

Guarantee all software projects are delivered on time with high quality;

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, responsible for business analysis, and make sure business requirements are met in time;

Provide IT application solutions and strategies that would accelerate business growth;

Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team

Overall Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, SRM, OA, etc.) at large MNCs;

Great leadership and team management skills;

Rich experience in software project delivery with Agile and Waterfall methodologies;

Financial knowledge would be a plus;

Take the ownership to proactively solve problems, drive project deliveries and achieve business growth
