Job Responsibilities

1. Product management

• Derive the product range base on national marketing strategies.

• Specify new products in accordance with the known and future customer requirements.

• New product introduction and homologation

• Preparing products and technical documents for the boilers

 2. Training

• Design, develop and deliver effective training programs systematically for sales force, distributors and other internal employees

• Perform training needs assessments in partnership with the Sales Leadership and Marketing teams

• Maintain and increase awareness of competitive offerings and incorporate into Sales Training as applicable.

• Partners with Marketing to develop strategic plans to maximize the effectiveness of new product launches and necessary training.

   

  Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in thermal, mechanic or electronic engineering etc.;

• Four year career in the relative business, familiar with the boilers and heating system is better;

• Good English in writing and speaking;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
