Role Summary: 

 The role is responsible for working as technical interface in China with customer, SW,HW, ME, PM, SYS, ASE and suppliers to satisfy customer technically.

 Main Responsibilities: 

 Participate in cross functional technical meetings with customer, HQ, and suppliers as required. Be the technical contact window for customer, be knowledgeable and confident to make technical judgement based on data collected. Conduct regular technical meetings with customer related projects. Regularly align and track SW development status with global software team and technically communicate with internal cross functions (PM, SYS, ASE, HW, ME, TQE, etc.) Lead to provide and present technical proposals to customer for key features and critical customer or launched issues. Offer value-add to customers through engineering technical service and support to maximize the opportunity of the accounts. 主要职责：

-根据需要参加与客户，总部和供应商的跨职能技术会议。-成为客户的技术联系窗口，有知识并且有信心根据收集到的数据做出技术判断。与客户相关项目定期举行技术会议。-与全球软件团队定期协调和跟踪软件开发状态，并与内部交叉功能（PM，SYS，ASE，HW，ME，TQE等）进行技术交流-领导就关键功能和关键客户或已发布的问题向客户提供和提出技术建议。-通过工程技术服务和支持为客户提供增值服务，以***程度地增加客户机会。

 Basic Qualifications: 

 Bachelor major in electronics, embedded programming, software engineering, Mathematics or related 6+ years of work experience in embedded software development and management fields. Among these, 3+ years of software development experience in automotive electronic field and 1+ years of software project lead or management work experience. Familiar with automotive V-model, and software engineering process including requirement, design, coding and testing. Strong knowledge and experience of MCU/CAN NM/AUTOSAR/FBL/UDS/DSP. Familiar with software process standard, such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, Agile and etc. Good communication skills, ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, be able to work under customer pressure if needed Fluent in verbal and spoken English.

-电子，嵌入式编程，软件工程，数学或相关专业的学士学位-在嵌入式软件开发和管理领域有6年以上的工作经验。-其中，有3年以上汽车电子领域的软件开发经验，以及1年以上软件项目主管或管理工作经验。-熟悉汽车V模型和软件工程流程，包括需求，设计，编码和测试。-具有丰富的MCU / CAN NM / AUTOSAR / FBL / UDS / DSP知识和经验。-熟悉软件处理标准，例如CMMI，Automotive SPICE，Agile等。-良好的沟通能力，主动工作能力，独立推进能力，必要时能够在客户压力下工作-流利的英语口语和口语能力。 

 Preferred Qualifications:

 Working experience with GM or SGM customer. Working experience of Software architect role preferred. Working experience at customer side for famous OEMs.
