Objectives and results of this function

- Responsible and accountable for continuous improvement for productivity, EHS, quality, inventory , EBITDA across processes and systems with Team.

- Develop Roadmap and key initiatives with functional leaders to drive KPI improvement according to company strategy initiatives.

- Develop Continuous improvement culture and outline directions and deployment of the lean framework to ensure CI application across the team with best practice.

- Based on process improvement, develop, deliver and support delivery of business improvement (95% OTD) to achieve operational Excellence perspectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- Identify business and process improvement opportunities within the organization. ·

- Implement and roll out the RBS fundamentals CBP’s through VAG WS regarding standard work, 6S, Value Stream Map, problem solving, kaizen, Pulling system. ·

- Coach and facilitate the CI projects to achieve improvement projects. ·

- Provide expertise, professional guidance to the improvement events through business process from proven industry practices and methodologies and principles. ·

- Develop annual development plans and provide input on organization capability improvement through training and Improvement principles. ·

- Motivate and coach the team to embrace CI and lean culture and methodology. ·

- The other tasks from management.

Qualifications and Experiences:

- Relevant manufacturing/engineering bachelor+ degree is preferred ·

- Background in manufacturing and project management. ·

- 5+ years working experience and full time in CI (Lean) job is a must，

- Lean champion / Sponsor certification is refereed.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Excellent leadership, people orientation and change management skills. ·

- Excellent interpersonal skills with can-do attitude ·

- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members ·

- Excellent in written and verbal in English and Chinese as presentation skill ·

- Commercially and financially aware.
