Responsibilities

  

As a Strategy Lead, you will play a significant role in the deployment of business development as well as internal management.

  

Assisting in preparation of project proposals and bidding documents

  

In-depth research on marketing fields with insights

  

Analysing and providing input on emerging growth opportunities, organisational capability gaps, and market trends

  

Formulate business strategy and to maximise business potential by growing company capacity

  

Direct and develop company policies that align with overall business strategy

  

Work with Management and the cross-functional business units to form strategic vision for our client

  

Provide input from one’s independent perspective on all current and prospective opportunities to evaluate options and deliver specific recommendations for action

  

Interact with internal and external partners and provide a clear and concise direction for our strategic imperatives and drivers of growth

  

 

  

Requirements

  

At least 5 years’ experiences in strategy roles in a management position or relevant consulting services

  

Marketing analytics skill, ideally in the field of tourism, lifestyle or FMCG

  

Knowledge of management metrics and western-culture-savvy with focus on analytics and optimization

  

Deep understanding of marketing concept and tools within China

  

Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis and communication skills

  

Proficient in leading, influencing, motivating, and achieving goals through formal and informal channels

  

Strong collaborator and an influencer with structured thinking and proven ability to deliver results

  

Proficient in English (native) and Mandarin (elementary).
