Your contribution at AIG

  

• Coordinate and service inbound Multinational Business in accordance to Requesting Office instruction while compliant with China laws and regulations.

• Review, evaluate, verify and process requests in accordance with Corporate SLAs.

• Respond to client, broker and Requesting Office queries on China laws and regulations.

• Responsible for complex accounts’ coordination, including RM accounts and manuscript wording, requiring extensive knowledge on reinsurance and underwriting.

• Prepare booking instruction to Shared Service Center for booking and policy issuance.

• Manage personal workflow in accordance with corporate procedure and control.

• Follow internal and external compliance rule strictly

• Monitor and escalate service issues as required

• Function as trainer for entry level staff

                  

 

 What we are looking for

  

• Knowledge of commercial and consumer insurance products

• Knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, procedures and techniques

• Ability to organize, plan and monitor the day-to-day activities e

• Knowledge of multinational insurance business is preferred

• Can communicate fluently in English

• Analytical skills
