一.岗位职责 Main Responsibilities

1、协助开展员工入职流程办理； Support on-board process of new comers.

2、协助员工档案、员工名册的维护和更新；Employee list maintain and update timely with correct info.

3、协助各类员工证明服务和员工咨询确认和回复；Kinds of employee service activities, such as certifications and enquiries.

4、根据内部考勤规则及时进行出勤记录核对，假单确认、数据维护、月度汇总等；

      Kinds of attendance forms, records and reports check, maintain, review and summary.

5、协助内部员工生日会、旅游、年会等各种员工活动的开展、执行；

      Kinds of employee relation activities organization and execution.

6、月度工资单的发放；Payslip delivery.

7、负责对接商业意外保险相关事宜；Commercial insurance management.

8、协助办理员工居住证积分、落户申请、员工签证、外籍人工作签证等工作；

      Residence score declaration and residence permission, working permission and visa etc.

9、部门内或公司内其余临时性、辅助性工作任务。

      Other tasks assigned by Dept. and the Company.

二. 任职能力及资格  Required Competency and Qualification

1、学历：中专及以上学历。

Education Background : Technical secondary school or above.

2、计算机：熟练运用相关办公软件。

Computer Skill: Be familiar with Office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint).

3、3年左右工作经验。

Around 3 year working experience on supportive or similar positions.

4、有良好的语言表达和沟通能力。

Good communication skill.

5、工作主动，态度积极，与同事互动和谐，能根据需要调整工作节奏，交付时效高。

With proactive attitude, provide kind and friendly service to colleagues, can adjuct working style according to actual situation, drive results on-time with high quality.

三.公司各项福利：
