工作职责 Role：

• Act as the key design interface with clients and a multidisciplinary team

       与客户和跨团队的间的关键设计沟通

• Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

       制定城市设计和规划概念，绘出清晰且新颖的图像表达

• Develop innovative design solutions responding the concept and effectively addressing the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form.

       用创新的手法诠释设计概念，并由此有效的反应社会，法制和经济对城市实体的影响。

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design/landscape design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

       评估，选择和应用标准的城市设计/景观设计程序和标准，对项目有判断力，能够提供调整和修改意见。

工作要求 Requirements：

•  3-5 years’ post-graduate experience as an Urban Designer/Landscape Designer;

        3-5年经验的城市设计师/景观设计师

• Strong interest and enthusiasm in creative design;

       对创意设计有浓厚的兴趣和热情

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape design and Master’s degree in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

       建筑或景观设计学士学位，城市规划背景，硕士为佳

• Excellent design, 3d modeling, visualization, and graphic skills.

       出色的设计，3d建模，可视化和平面技能

• Strong attention to detail.

       注重细节

• Excellent organizational skills.

       出色的组织能力

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

       良好的英语和汉语写作和口语表达能力。
