KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

1. Wear proper personal protective equipment according to safety rules for safety protection.

按规定佩戴防护用品，做好劳动保护。 

2. Responsible for maintenance SHE and support SHE findings improvement.                              

 负责公司生产设备维修安全，安全改善。

3. Responsible for the company‘s production equipment daily maintenance and repair.

负责公司生产设备的日常维护、保养及检修 。

4. Responsible for the company to conduct equipment inspection, the equipment operation records earnestly and positively report the running status of equipment to production leaders and engineers.

负责对公司设备进行巡回检查， 认真做好设备运行记录并积极向生产班长和工程师反映设备运行情况。

5. Responsible for equipment lubrication, according to equipment operation procedures on a regular basis to keep the equipment clean, according to the procedures to check the situation of the mechanical equipment.

负责按设备操作规程定期进行设备润滑，保持设备清洁, 按规程对机械设备状况进行检查。

6. Responsible for equipment failure repair in time, to ensure production running stably.

负责设备发生故障时及时进行抢修, 全力保障生产正常运行。

7. Responsible for the implementation of maintenance plan.

负责维修保养计划的实施。

8. Other work arranged by leaders, included spare parts management, maintenance plan etc.

领导安排的其它工作,包括配件管理，维修计划。

 

SPECIAL SKILLS/SCOPE任职资格 

1. Technical school degree or above, machinery, chemical machinery or mechanical and electrical integration.

中专或技校以上学历，机械,化工机械或机电一体化专业。

2. 3 years working experience in equipment repair, there are more than intermediate or above certificate is preferred.

三年以上设备修理实践经验, 有钳工中级及以上操作证优先。

3. Basic knowledge of the maintenance and equipment safe operation, familiar with mechanical principle.

基本掌握设备维护保养和安全操作知识, 熟悉机械原理。

4. Careful, steadfast, honest steady, has the certain safety consciousness,  has the good team cooperation spirit and communication skills.

细心、踏实、诚稳，有一定的安全意识，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。

5. Positively, serious and responsible, complete all the temporary work assigned by the leaders.

做事积极主动，工作认真负责, 及时完成上级临时交办的各项工作。

6. Familiar with all kinds of reducer, mechanical seal and dismantling of the centrifugal pump, water ring vacuum pump maintenance，laser alignment, equipment vibration analysis. Infra-red instrument usage.

熟悉各种减速机、机械密封及离心泵、水环真空泵的拆装维修,设备水平调整，设备震动分析，红外热成像仪。

7. Familiar with welding, related operation certificate is preferred.

懂电焊，有相关操作证书者优先。

8. Familiar with using computer.

熟悉电脑操作。

9. Good reading and writing English and communication skills is preferred.

良好的英语读写和沟通能力优先。
