职位描述

Primarily responsible for driving incremental revenue for SM (Software Monetization) business in Southern China. To achieve the sales targets, the Sales Manager proactively works with Pre-sales engineer to lead partners in discovering new business opportunities as well as driving the existing business to growth.

In addition to do daily sales management work, this position needs to involve a broad range of sales related activities, including but not limited to participate and represent SM business at tradeshows, conferences with customers, workshops and key accounts seminars. Present our company and solution’s value to key customers and prospects, develop new business, and analyzing industrial trend from market and feedback to product management team to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.


Key responsibilities of this job:

  1. Developing new business and building pipelines on SM
  2. Regular meetings with key customers and partners, maintain and driving the existing business to grow
  3. Regular meeting and reporting sales forecast and new business opportunities to management
  4. Implementing company strategies and proactively tracking results
  5. Inspiring partners to develop new business and expand to new areas
  6. Support regional marketing programs and events
  7. Partnership management and support
  8. The candidate will report to Regional Sales Manager



Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. This candidate must have 5-8 years of direct touch sales experience and experience with channel partners management
  2. The candidate must have 5+ years of software solution selling experience and well understand software monetization market
  3. Have a Bachelor's degree, Business or IT related major is preferred
  4. Candidate must be proficient in English speaking and written
  5. Candidate must be proactive personality and willing to take pressure
