Dispatch to large foreign customer to provide development support. Excellent candidates can be transferred to Party A after several months.

This customer is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. They are developing a digital solution prototype in the field of stroke rehabilitation with AI and ML technology applied. 

They are currently building a new team from scratch here in Shanghai named IT Digital Health CVM. The mission is to establish digital solution App/Web/MiniProgram for the company's digital stroke rehab product into China market.

As a Backend Developer, you will build the backbone of full scale applications, including the design, development, testing and delivery. You will work collaboratively and iteratively to deliver fully functioning, web-based and mobile applications. And you will closely work with product manager, App developer and UI/UX designer on your team.   

• This position is responsible for backend development for both Android and iOS platform, and design, re-construct or optimize function modules.
• This position will focus on technology related to backend development, locate and solve technology problem during app development process.
• This position is in charge of researching new technology about backend development, and improvement of existing development method.
• This position requires strong learning ability based on business need and master related technology quickly.
• In this highly collaboratively role, good communication skill and strong teamwork spirit is required to form an efficient product team. 

  

Requirement:

• Strong programming skill, solid data structure and algorithm fundamentals.
• At least 5 years of practical backend development for real-world products in Java/Python.
• Familiar with Framework like SpringMVC, SpringCloud and etc(Java).
• Familiar with Framework like Django Flask and etc(Python).
• Experience in in-memory key-value database like Redis,writing schemas and designing high performance queries.
• Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP protocol.
• Experience with dev-ops, like Jenkins.
• Familiar with Ali-Yun and related cloud technologies.
• Familiar with version control, git.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies continuously.
• Fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
