职位描述
DEFINITION OF THE MISSION
ü Under the responsibility of the Safety and Regulatuions Officer,
ü Analyzes the chemical and mechanical test reports requested from our suppliers through accredited laboratories to ensure the safety and durability of products marketed by the brand.
ü Conducts risk analysis of regulated products
ü Implements the necessary actions to ensure that the product marketed complies with our specifications and regulations.
ü Assists product managers, offices and suppliers in the compliance of the products they develop.
CONTRIBUTION AREAS AND MISSIONS
q Ensure the application of upstream and downstream quality rules
ü Ensure that safety and sustainability rules are enforced by product managers, developers and suppliers, in line with the quality strategy defined by the brand,
ü Ensure product compliance by analyzing chemical and mechanical test reports on a daily basis,
ü Validate the chemical and mechanical compliance of the product before product launch
ü Refuse export authorization in the event of non-compliance and ask suppliers to comply with the product in accordance with our recommendations,
ü Participate in the construction and follow-up of the control plan,
q Ensure compliance of regulated products before they are sold on the market
ü Make a risk analysis of products subject to regulation based on the category to which they belong.
ü Develop and disseminate the risk assessment sheet to product managers & developers
ü Check the product and the necessary documentation before the product is launched
q Material traceability
ü Ensure that the materials nomination complies with the required process,
ü Collect certificates and proofs of purchase of the materials concerned near suppliers and offices,
ü Update the internal material database and ensure its tidiness
q Analyze and disseminate the results
ü Analyze and communicate the results of the tests carried out.
ü Participate in the evaluation of supplier performance.
ü Propose action plans to improve product security.
Participate in the development of the test strategy combining product safety and cost reduction.
