Primary Function:

The candidate will be responsible for developing multiple analytical methods and executing analytical tasks to support the needs from CMC cell line & PD team and Discovery team. In addition, the successful candidate will be an effective cross-functional collaborator that builds effective relationships with multiple departments. The individual should have an established track record of solving complex technical problems and extensive experience in biologics analysis, especially HPLC-based physicochemical analysis. The successful candidate should be highly motivated to work within a science focused, collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to achieve the company’s goals.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:

1)    Establish HPLC-based analytical methods for critical quality attributes assessment such as protein aggregates, charge variants, N-glycan, and other process/product-related impurities.
2)    Establish internal analytical methods for candidate antibody screening in discovery stage.
3)    Interpret and summarize experimental data, present results at project meeting.
4)    Maintain appropriate experimental records and documentation.
5)    Perform daily instrument maintenance such as HPLC, ForteBio Octet, etc.
6)    Communicate with colleagues from other departments to solve project-related issues or challenges.
7)    Manage selection and qualification of CROs for outsourcing analytical service.
职位要求：
1)    Master/Ph.D. with 3+ years of related experience or Bachelor with 5+ years of related experience.
2)    Must possess extensive laboratory experience with in-depth knowledge of biologics analytical techniques including but not limited to HPLC, ForteBio, CE, etc.
3)    Strong capabilities in experiment design, optimization, performance and data interpretation
4)    Hands-on experience in instrument maintenance is a plus
5)    Ability to work in a team environment and independently as well as successfully conduct multiple tasks based on priority.
