岗位职责    

1.根据京东年度/月度销售规划和费用预算以及后台数据，制定推广计划，有效提升店铺流量，达成销售目标    

2.负责京东的快车、京挑客、聚效展位等营销工具的投放计划与实施优化，不断优化推广方式和策略，从而提升流量、点击率、点击单价、ROI等指标；确保广告    投放效果，并对投放结果负责    

3.负责定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提交推广效果的统计分析报表，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案    

岗位要求    

1. 熟练office,excel办公软件，大专以上学历    

2. 有2年以上的京东电商品牌推广投放经验，熟悉电商平台投放规则和流程，做过美妆品类或者京东自营店铺投放的，年直通车花费上百万级车手优先考虑    

3. 熟悉品牌聚效、快车、京挑客、购物触点等付费推广工具    

4. 逻辑思路清晰，对数据敏感，有很强的数据分析能力    

5. 有抗压能力，适应能力强，学习能力强，会触类旁通    

6. 有很强的责任心和团队合作的精神    

7. 细致、耐心的工作态度，良好的沟通能力
