1. Responsible for the personnel recruitment process including the creation of job advertisements, coordination/conduction of interviews and final selection of candidates in cooperation with functional department, contract negotiations

2. Completes administrative tasks (such as updating/maintaining personnel files, JDs, probation access, labor contract review, vendor contract renew, writes references/ testimonials)

3. Acts as contact person for internal (supervisors and employees) and external requests concerning HR related issues

4. Implements in cooperation with function department personnel measures/ initiatives according to internal regulations

5. Analyzes of educational/training requirements based on appraisal, skill matrix and assessment interviews; derives yearly training plans; arrange traingings and achieve training KPIs.

6. Coordinates trainings and workshops including relevant briefings/discussions with external and internal trainers

7. Work closely with business core team and compiles regular OT/working hours reports, weekly reports,etc. and derives measures,ensure the timing & accuracy.

8. Participates in/leads local HR projects & company events.

9. Supports the continuous optimization of processes and programs. 

10. Coordinates company events such as annual dinner, anniversaries, etc.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years related experiences;

2. Good English both in oral and written.

3. Good communication skill, innovation and cooperation skill
