Make Process flow chart and details work instruction and training, and lead the PFMEA for each process;

制作工艺流程图和详细的作业指导书和培训,  主导各工艺的PFMEA;

Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants,  monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产***实践和标准的适应情况

Ensures the establishment of plant equipment, untilities

协助制定工厂流程指导，评估流程的适当性以及工程设备的准确度

Reviews equipment process parameters to ensure all meet Best in Class requirements referencing BBP

检查设备流程的各项因素，以确保一切符合***要求

Ensures that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations related to equipment usage

确保一项运作或流程的所有方面都符合相关的规定

Ensures the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs

确保按照最适宜的水平、正确的速度和产出质量运作流程，以满足供应需求

Assumes responsibility for environmental monitoring and ongoing performance of processes and process plant

承担监控环境、流程当前情况及工厂的责任

Makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution

进行观察并直接采取措施，从其他相关的技术和操作人员处收集并解读数据

Plans and conducts technical trials, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts

计划和开展技术试验，准备报告、流程图和图表

Monitors modifications and upgrades, and trouble shootings existing processes

监控修改和更新，解决现有流程中的问题

Improves Process competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

University Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred. 大学或以上学历，工程或相关专业优先

 Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, over 5years of working experience in mechanical engineering field. 制造或机械工程背景，在机械工程领域有5年以上的工作经验。
