Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with quality manager to establish the quality policy and quality target, founding the quality assurance system and making it sound.
2. Responsible for instructing internal work of quality assurance system. Supervise and check the quality assurance system work according to quality manual requirements.
3. Implement the pressure vessel related regulations, standards and technical codes.
4. Control the non-conformity products strictly. Found the internal and external quality information feedback and disposition system and make it sound.
5. Organize the quality analysis and audit regularly, and cooperate with quality manager to organize the management appraisal.
6. Insist on the principle “Quality No.1”, and implement the quality vote power. Guarantee and support people’s work in quality assurance system. Have the right and the duty to report to the upper level administration supervisor on quality issues.
7. Organize education and training to quality assurance system related persons.
8. Responsible for organizing and maintaining the quality manual, procedure documents, working instructions(process) documents and recording cards etc..
9. Sign and verify the certificate of soundness.

5. 定期组织质量分析、质量审核，协助质量部经理组织管理评审工作。
6. 坚持“质量第一”的原则，行使质量否决权，保障和支持质量保证体系工作人员的工作，有越级向上级行政主管反映质量问题的权力和义务。
7. 对质量保证体系的工作人员定期组织教育和培训。
8. 负责组织制定及维护质保手册、程序文件、作业（工艺）文件及记录表卡等质量保证体系文件。
9. 签审产品合格证。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree .China Engineer Certificate is preferred.
2. At least 3 years working experience as responsible person in pressure vessel quality assurance system. Experience in Quality Assurance Engineer and certificate is preferred.
3. Be familiar with TSG Z0004-2007 requirements.
4. Be familiar with the recent pressure vessel regulations, standards and technical requirements, mastering overall professional pressure vessel knowledge.
5. ASME pressure vessel manufacturing quality control experience is preferred.
6. Good communication ability and problem solving ability. Be serious and responsible for works, and good career attitude.
7. Basic English communication skill is preferred.
