Role Summary: The role is to represent company as on-site resident engineer at customer site for program execution matters. This mainly includes interacting with various levels of OEM engineers and engineers, as a bridge for sharing details information of one site about program to the other site.

Main Responsibilities:

-Support specification discussed and negotiated changes working with specification group. Assist team in making clear of each feature requirement with customer. - Maintain OEM and component specification revision and change management. -Track and communicate SW part number, SW build version, and other related SW files with company and OEM. - Support and set up customer validation, integration and vehicle testing with other ECUs. -Lead communications for software issues between company and OEM. Including reporting and simply investigating the issue, identifying priorities, updating issues with root cause/solution, etc. -Assist team in analyze CAN-based vehicle log files to debug SW issues which is reported during customer validation, integration and vehicle testing. -Assist OEM and team in troubleshooting SW/HW system and Speaks issues. -Assist with discussing and finalizing the DV/PV test requirements including EMC test between OEM validation and team. -Work with SW team to understand SW architecture and SW basic knowledge -Support in the update of test vehicles with latest production components not limited whole AMP but also need SW upload on vehicle level -Support in collect data from test vehicles analysis for SW team solve issues - The Test expert shall be fully equipped with suitable testing tools. (CAN.A2B..........) - Support customer SW issues analyze and solution, SW update for customer on vehicle level and AMP level.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor major in electronics, embedded programming, software engineering, computer science or related. - 3+ years of working experience in the automotive industry, at least 2 years of working experience in embedded software development or at least 3 years of working experience in embedded software testing, - Experienced in create & execute SW test-cases based on customer’s requirements spec. - Experienced in development based on chip of STM or Renesas or NXP is a plus. - Understand automotive customer test requirement and international spec - Familiar with CAN/LIN/MOST communication, network management. - Familiar with the usage of PCAN, CANoe, Oscilloscope, … - Fluent in written/spoken English. - Ability to work initiative, independent propulsion, positive communication, high emotional intelligence.

基本资格：

-电子，嵌入式编程，软件工程，计算机科学或相关专业的学士学位。-3年以上汽车行业工作经验，至少2年嵌入式软件开发工作经验或至少3年嵌入式软件测试工作经验，-根据客户需求规范创建和执行软件测试用例的经验。-有基于STM或Renesas或NXP芯片开发经验的优先。-了解汽车客户的测试要求和国际规格-熟悉CAN / LIN / MOST通讯，网络管理。-熟悉PCAN，CANoe，示波器等的使用...-流利的书面/口语英语。-具有主动进取，独立推进，积极沟通，高情商的能力。

Preferred Qualifications: - Experienced in working at customer side as technical supporter or resident engineer. - Familiar with car audio processing. (especially familiar with External Audio Amplifier in vehicle). -Experience of working with car companies

优先资格：-有在客户方担任技术支持人员或驻地工程师的经验。-熟悉汽车音响处理。 （尤其是熟悉车载外部音频放大器）。-与车厂合作的经验。
