-Be a key player in compliance investigations into allegations of misconducts involving employees and/or 3rd parties with special focus on the topics anticorruption, antitrust, anti-money laundering and export control
-Prepare and conduct complex compliance investigations including data searches and forensic interviews
-Coordinate associated disciplinary and remediation actions for substantiated allegations with compliance committee
-Provide the recommendations to improve business processes/internal control system and enhance compliance awareness with reference to investigation themes
-Prepare Compliance Investigation related reports
-Conduct legal assessment on the investigation result
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Compliance Program, adding regional Compliance know how, drive new approaches to the best in class and steer the according implementation in the local tkE entities.
-Ability to assist the Compliance team to identify training needs, customize training materials for different target groups based on the findings out of investigations.
-Serve as a bridge and communicator between the region and the HQ, establishing close and trustful working relationships？
-Support of group wide Compliance initiatives, tools, formats, communications etc.
-Regular and ad-hoc reporting
职位要求：
-Education:
-Professional qualification: Preferably above average degree in Law or other equivalent qualification/work experience in conducting internal investigations.
-Preferably additional qualification in core Compliance areas especially corporate compliance investigation.
-Experience:
-Minimum of 5 years Compliance Investigation or forensic role experience with comparable level of responsibility in MNC or multinational law firm or Big 4 Audit Firm in China
-Strong investigation, analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills and advanced interview and report writing skills.
-Good knowledge of Compliance framework and regional customs and experience in providing according business orientated advice (preferably in manufacturing and channel sales relevant businesses)
-Proven ability to work in an international team and with all hierarchy levels of management
-Other skills:
-Native Chinese with fluent English language skills
-Mature professional, assertive, balanced and curious personality with sound integrity, excellent communication skills and hands-on-approach
-Self-starter, highly committed to Compliance (acting as integer, reliable and approachable role model)
-Able to work independently as well as in a team and under strong pressure, taking ownership and accountability
-Willingness to travel, also on short notice
