Personal Tasks

  具体工作内容：

• Carry out the daily job according to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety laws;

• 依据HSE法律要求执行日常安全活动。
  

• Ensure the behaviours in company are compliance to laws. Maintain the rules & regulations for safety, health and environment.

• 确保公司各项行为符合法律法规要求。
  

• Provide trainings to employees. 

• 提供安全培训
  

• Provide proper PPE to employee. Organize and implement occupational health examination for all employee.

• 提供合适的PPE，组织员工健康体检。
  

• Keep eyes on preventive action for all HSE related elements.

• 采取预防性安全措施。
  

• Leading routine safety check with action plans along with cross function team.

• 策划组织安全检查，制定行动计划，与相关部门完成整改。
  

• Investigation &deal with safety incidents and be in charge of implementing preventive action to avoid similar issue reoccurring.

• 调查安全事故，采取措施避免新的事故发生。
  

• Take lead to make improvement on environment protection projects to be sure they meet national laws and make company benefited.

• 负责环境改进防护以符合法律要求。
  

• Promote safety awareness culture in company

• 提升企业安全文化。

 Competence profile (ideal)个人要求：

  

• Education/ Knowledge:   教育        
  

•  University degree本科

• Be familiar with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 & safety standardization熟悉ISO14001&45001

• Problems solving skills with full experience解决问题能力                                                

 

• Practical experience 经验要求

• Minimum 3 year of experience in EHS related position  in the manufacturing plant.3年以上HSE经验

• Experienced for safety standardization安全标准化经验

• Certificate of safety engineer is preferred安全管理员证书/注册安全工程师     

 

• Skills requirements: 技能要求                

• Ability to communicate in English both oral & written英语熟练，可能独立汇报工作。

• Logical thinking and skilful communication逻辑思维和娴熟的沟通技巧

• Strict & fast execution for established goals is essential较强的执行力
