Job description:

1. Implement common business processes to production planning, include: manage customer orders and forecast, develop planning schedule for production and purchased part.
2. Review short-term and long-term forecast and prepare capacity accordingly; escalate such resources risks as manpower, materials, techniques and machines and organize cross-functional teams to resolve the capacity bottlenecks in her/his product family.
3. Weekly monitor forecast report and inventory alignment data in order to detect large order, material spike, forecast bias and generate stock out report and communicate to related stake holders to close the gaps
4. Develop level production plan; ensure material availability is aligned with production plan. Initiate weekly plan meeting with production teams to balance manpower, material and machine at lowest total cost and highest efficiency. Drive weekly plan and production achievement.
5. Set and refine SAP planning parameters like BOM, MOQ, lead time, transit time, safety stock, work centers. Review MRP exception message and take actions.
6. Monitor manufacturing schedule compliance. Review daily output and efficiency then adjust next week plan.
7. Coordinate engineering changes and NPD; 
8. Monitor and control KPIs
9. Control inventory levels to target levels;
10. Drive OTD excellence. Weekly prepare and analyze past due data in order to identify and resolve the delivery issues.
11. Monthly E&O material rebalancing & disposition.
12. Assist the planning manager and SCM manager for problem solving or project management.
13. Develop or maintain SOP; coach the other planners on planning skills as a senior planner.

                                                        

Qualification：

• Education：Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Experience：5-6 years’ experiences on production planning and control, MRP, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis; supervisory experience preferred.
• Language：Excellent English;
• Computer：excellent excel and data analysis skills.
• Technical Skill：Familiar with SAP system; APICS certification preferred.
• Soft Skill：Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill; Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership;  good team player and pro-active attitude
