1. 公司董事的秘书工作及内勤保障工作，董事个人生活协调支持；

2. 协助公司董事对公司业务部门间的日常工作关系以及事务处理，包括但不限于销售团队信息数据整合及客户档案建立等工作。

3. 配合处理外部机关或客户等的公共关系，接待访问的来宾及行程安排；

4. 负责文件的处理与存档、档案的收集与整理，保管公司重要资料；

5. 负责公司董事行程安排、通知等相关事宜的办理。

6. 负责完成公司董事临时安排或突发性的工作；

7. 英语口语流利，外文资料翻译，外商信函，接待外商。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有相关岗位工作经验，文秘或行政管理专业优先；

2.有3-5年相关工作经验；

3.英语口语流利，读写熟练，能有效处理工作邮件；

4.擅于沟通、有亲和力及一定的抗压能力，有保密意识；

5.擅长起草商务函电，有较好的文字功底，良好的人际关系及沟通技巧、处事严谨、条理清晰；

6.成熟稳重、细心敬业、工作独立性、责任心强，具有良好的职业道德和团队精神。
