1、负责项目的设计制作及美术策划；

2、负责品牌整合传播等设计方案；

3、具备一定的领导能力，合理分配安排部门完成个案创意及设计工作；

4、可以参与创意提案。

职位要求：

1、艺术设计、视觉传达相关专业本科及以上学历，或专业美术专科学校毕业；

2、4年以上大型广告公司工作经验，有成熟的作品和案例；

3、优秀的审美意识和艺术修养，较强的创意能力，思路开阔；

4、优秀的团队合作和敬业精神，成熟的心态和职业素质；

5、有4A广告公司工作经验者优先考虑；

6、熟练掌握Photoshop、illustrator、indesign等平面设计软件，有手绘基础，会C4D、三维、动画软件加分；

7、有责任心，工作积极高效，善于沟通与协作。
