职位描述

Your Role

In this role, you will work as Customer Service to service a dedicated portfolio of customers and ensure the highest level of customer service with quick response times to inquiries and correct resolutions of customer issues + complaints.

We are interested in service-oriented individuals who understand the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.

Customer Service Tasks

  • Provide professional Customer Service to selected assigned or own accounts with focus on service and retention and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • Liaise with all involved parties (Suppliers, Logistics Companies, other 3rd Parties, etc.) timely to ensure a smooth order management process.
  • Sourcing - Find suitable suppliers for requested products, prepare all information for management to review to finalize potential deals.
  • Order Management - Arrange, Coordinate, Monitor Orders and Shipments from A-Z. Ensure supplier, our own production and logistics companies are following exactly the give instructions to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.
  • Prepare Quotations or Info’s to ensure fast follow up with Customers
  • Ensure timely billing to Customers
  • Ensure timely payment by Customers
  • Complete all system entry requirements timely and accurately
  • Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and individual Customer requirements.

Other Tasks

  • Receive Visitors
  • Attend Company Events (i.e. Customer Events, Exhibitions)
  • Business Trips (if required in some cases)

Requirements

The person that shall hold this position shall meet the following requirements:

  • Outstanding Communication in English and Mandarin Chinese language (oral and writing)
  • Customer Service / Sales driven mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills  
  • Outgoing personality (like to meet and talk with people)
  • At least 5 years working experience in the trading and shipping industry.
  • Be very familiar with general procedures in Sourcing, Trading, Shipping, Order Management, both in and outbound.
  • Good Team player
  • Motivated and Goal driven
  • Willing to travel in greater China if needed

·及时准确地完成所有系统入口要求

·确保所有任务按照标准操作规程和客户要求完成。

·参加公司活动(即客户活动、展览)

·出差(在某些情况下需要)

要求

担任该职务的人员应当具备下列条件:

-          良好的中英文沟通能力(口头和书面)

-          客户服务/销售驱动的心态。

-          优秀的解决问题能力

-          性格外向(喜欢与人见面和交谈)

-          5年以上贸易和航运行业工作经验。

-          熟悉采购,贸易,运输,订单管理,进出口的一般程序。

-          良好的团队合作精神

-          激励和目标驱动

-          如果需要,愿意到大中华区旅游
