a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

• Being passionate with the purchase work and working initiative，teamwork-oriented.
• Sense of responsibility, careful, creative thinking, proactive, cost saving sense.
• Strong communication skills, with cautious and steady working style.
• Experience with technical supplier management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years’ experience in related field of purchase
• Familiar in field of auto parts, computer configuration, auto design software, etc
• Be familiar with supplier and purchasing process.  

C. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

General Responsibilities:
      Act as a purchaser, mainly focus on supplier management and technical service suppliers communication & cost controlling; responsible regarding logistic issues as well as customs clearance tasks.
Job Responsibilities:

1. According to external manpower requisition, contact with supplier for proper candidates, interview arrangement and evaluation.
2. Cost control, expense, time sheet & payment monthly by using SAP-System
3. Supplier management and evaluation, such as NDA and new supplier survey.
4. Optimize the purchasing process.
5. Responsible for ISO audit for purchasing yearly.
6. Deal with customs documentation (project related)
7. All other company order issue by purchasing procedure.
8. Other tasks arranged by CFO/COO
