职位描述
主要职责：
1. Definition of pallet requirements for the JV
2. Contract definition & sourcing to support leased packaging strategy for the JV
3. Manage the planning, development and implementation of all pallet developments for all New Models and Model Year introductions
4. Work closely with the NMP Logistics Manager to ensure alignment with Programme evolutions
5. Liaising with pallet manufacturers for the design of special pallets
6. Liaising with pallet manufacturers for the design of standard pallets Co-ordinate the buy-off for new containers and liaise with the related MP&L, Manufacturing, Purchasing, H&S and Quality areas as appropriate
7. Manage the input of data into JLR Packaging Databases, producing metrics as required and maintain own suppliers information

2. Experience in Supply Chain
3. Experience of Packaging solutions
4. Experience of managing packaging service providers
5. Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry
6. Proficient in all computing, relevant business systems, including MS Office & AutoCAD
7. Experience of project management and process improvement
8. Have strong analytical skills and statistical ability
