主要职责：

1. Responsible for Technical Planning then leading and delivering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure across the Manufacturing Plant, R&D PD Centre / Admin Offices and S&M office locations, including the Program office.

2. Lead planning of network design (WAN / LAN), comms infrastructure, operating environments, facility planning, Data Centre and hosting strategy.

3. Develop and execute a solution strategy and business plan that support product growth

4. Act as visionary and strategist for solution product area

5. Survey market landscape for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methods

6. Provides expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation

7. Help business development life cycle by serving as a product SME to help identify and qualify business development opportunities

8. Lead development of formalized solution methodologies

9. Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents

10. Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources. Collaborates with Project Managers and technical directors to provision estimates, develop overall implementation solution plan, to implement installation, customization, and integration efforts

11. Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kick-off through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within solution area

12. Manages a team of direct reports within the technical / infrastructure area

13. Mentor and guide more junior technical resources

14. Work with the business to review business drivers, needs & strategies & understand implications to the application, infrastructure & data architecture; identifying opportunities for change.

15. Create & innovate technical solutions across diverse environments with a clear understanding of service implications.

16. Business & systems analysis & design of solutions to meet business needs.

17. IT standards, policies and procedures definition and fulfilment

岗位要求：

1. Proven track record of successfully using technology to strategic business advantage and commercial benefit.

2. Highly seasoned senior technocrat, experienced on multiple hardware and software environments (mainframe, servers, virtualisation, operating systems, mobile platforms, databases), comfortable with complex systems environments.

3. At least 5 years senior management experience within an infrastructure role.

4. Strong communication skills

5. Fluency in English and Mandarin

6. Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience

7. Experience of working in a Joint Venture

8. Experience of working within the automotive industry

9. At least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Information Technology related field.
