职位描述
主要职责:
1. Takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects, (with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies), ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained.
2. Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders
3. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
4. Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate
5. Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure
6. Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
7. Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
8. Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded.
9. Responsible for ensuring the vision, goals, objectives and strategy are defined
10. Initiate and manage charter, communication plan and statement of work (SOW)
11. Verify the business requirements
12. Identify and engage project stakeholders and team.
13. Establish and exercise a governance structure/framework
14. Create and maintain a program control file
15. Establish budget with stakeholders including total cost of ownership
16. Create, manage and continually revise an integrated project work plan (scope, schedule/milestones, work breakdown structure (WBS), dependencies, and estimates)
17. Ensure dependencies include interdependencies (other programs) and intra-dependencies (within program/critical path)
18. Establish project standards
19. Conduct all required project reviews and obtain approvals to continue
20. Acquire and manage people, facilities and equipment
21. IT application budget estimation and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis
22. IT suppliers management
23. IT standards, policies and procedures definition and fulfilment
岗位要求:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
3. Ability to lead a team to achieve project deliverables within agreed timescales
4. Ability to present complex issues to a varied audience
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin
6. At least Five years project management/senior management experience within the automotive environment
7. Experience and knowledge of the Finance and HR functions within the automotive environment
8. Experience and knowledge of SAP implementation in the automotive environment
9. At least Bachelor’s Degree, major in Information Technology or Management related field.
10. Experience of working within a Joint Venture
11. Technical knowledge of Finance and HR IT systems
12. Ability to cooperate with cross functional and cross-cultural teams.
13. Full IT Project Lifecycle delivery experience
