Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions.

2. Implement strategies and methods on CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.

3. Take the initiative to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status including providing complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. Provide flexible solutions when hit the plateau status.

4. Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contact.

5. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain the talent pool that provides internal sourcing. 

6. Conduct candidate reference check.

7. Prepare recruiting and hiring reports.

8. Support on offers proposal and negotiation, etc.

9. Support Human Resources Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks.

10. Other project and ad hoc assigned by Manager.

                    

 

  

Qualifications:

  

 

  

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook & Internet applications.

4. Familiar with recruiting process and related HR Tools/Systems.

5. Interview and assessment skills.

6. At least 1-2 years’ above relevant experience in the clinical and pharma industry.

7. Strong understanding and ability to recruit for shop floor and office levels of the organization.

8. Highly collaborative, responsive and excellent communication skill.

9. Customer focused and ensures highest level of candidate satisfaction.
