Main Responsibilities:
1. To identify training and development needs;
2. To coordinate and facilitate the performance management process including both probationary review, annual mid-review and final review;
3. To design and develop annual training and development plan to meet organisational dynamic requirements and individual development needs;
4. To evaluate facilitators' and/or agencies' performance and the effectiveness of training programs;
5. To fulfil and administrate all employees training and development related activities within budget;
6. To run related training interventions as and where appropriate;
7. To build up internal training capability.
8. To report both training and performance management updates and summary per requirement.
Main Requirements:
-A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Art including English, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Education, Law, etc, with a minimum of three (3) years of extensive work experience in training and/or performance management.
-A good knowledge and practice of general HR management, especially training and performance management, in a quick exploring Europe or American company.
-Well-developed interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop formal and informal relationships and networks in order to engage and build rapport with clients, peers and suppliers.
-Ability to work unsupervised and proactively on own initiative.
