Purpose of the role is:
Reporting of MFG investment, Labour & Overhead, Launch, Bill of Material and Logistic costs
Responsible for development of Manufacturing finance controls
Compilation of Plant Budgets, Forecasts and Business Plans
Reporting and advising senior management on cost performance and improvement
Main Responsibilities include:
Supervision of analysts in collection of Manufacturing information to measure plant performance accurately
Support MFG/Finance team with accurate plant performance metrics and reporting of key issues
Support MFG team to improve plant performance and cost reduction
Work closely w/ MFG team & other supporting functions especially Product Development
People Management of 2 Finance Analysts
Candidate must have:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, or applicable work experience required
Minimum experience of 3 years in a manufacturing company
Strong communication skills and very good English
Good analytical and reporting skills
Flexibility to travel frequently
