职位描述
主要职责：
1、Establish after-sales service quality analysis system with IT and After-sales Service Department , and guide section’s staff to implement and improvement.
和IT、售后合作，建立售后质量分析系统，并指导科室员工执行、改进
2、Establish and implement the quality improvement and warranty processes with R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing, After-sales service departments
同研发、采购、制造、售后服务等部门协作，制定质量改进及担保相关流程、方法，并进行宣贯
3、With R&R and After-sales service departments, Planning currently cars after-sales quality targets which compete with their benchmark , guides the continuous improve to product quality
同研发、销售等部门协作，并与竞争车型对标，策划量产车型售后质量目标，引导产品持续提高质量
4、According to after-sales quality analysis system, leading to identify key quality problems and promote preferred improvement.
依据售后质量分析系统，领导识别阶段性重点质量问题并推动落实优先改进
5、Based on the investigation and after-sales quality improvement results, support service warranty for technical expertise
依据售后质量现场调查和质量改进结果，协助售后索赔技术鉴定
6、Lead liaison with relevant government department, organise and carry out the recall work when there is a recall requirement
当发生召回需求时，同政府相关部门联系，组织落实召回工作。
岗位要求：
1.Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
汽车相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
2.Experience in after-sales quality improvement.
有丰富的售后质量改进经验
3.Ability to lead implement quality improvement.
有能力领导开展质量改进
4.Good working knowledge of problem solving, failure mode avoidance and continuous improvement.
有好的问题解决知识，懂FMEA和持续改进
5.Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
6.Involved in the recall work.
