职位描述
主要职责：
1.Liaison closely with R&D, lead to planning CoP control plan for launching new model
和研发密切联系，领导策划新产品一致性控制方案
2.Lead to monitor change management, control the production process consistency, including suppliers consistency, manufacturing consistency and uniformity regulations
领导监控变更管理，控制生产过程一致性，包括供应商一致性、制造一致性以及法规一致性
3.Lead to planning and liaison with CoP audit:such as CCC, inspection exemption and product verification test etc.
领导接口、策划一致性审核工作，包括CCC、免检、产品确认检验等
4.Ensure appropriate reporting, follow up and liaison including management as required, to drive timely resolution and improvement.
使用适当的报告，跟踪、联络需求，推动问题和改进按期完成
岗位要求：
1.Ability to lead audits of processes and influence others.
有能力领导开展过程审核
2.Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
3.Experience in CoP of automotive factory.
有整车厂一致性管理经验
4.Good working knowledge of problem solving, failure mode avoidance and continuous improvement.
有好的问题解决知识，懂FMEA和持续改进
5.Strong ability to coach/train people ie excellent oral and written communication skills.
有很强的说和写交流技巧
6.Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
7.Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to achieve goals.
