- Under the leadership of program manager, coordinate with cross function teams for program delivery according to set
timing, quality and cost objectives.
- Work with engineering source and cross function teams to develop program timing plan and cost and
quality objectives;
- Monitor program implementation status according to program timing plan and set program objectives;
Identify key issues and
organize cross function team forums for risk assessment and recovery plans.
- Report program implementation status to program manager and propose recovery plans.
- Maintain program Key Issue Monitor (KTM) with cross function teams and prepare for management
reviews.
- Assist program manager to manage and track overall program delivery status and report to senior management.

- Engineering Bachelor Degree and above（Mechanical） Advanced/Essential
- 3 years above automotive working experience and 1 years above program management working experience in a
foreign company or JV. Expert/Essential
- Familiar with foreign company vehicle product development system process. Expert/Essential
- Fluency in English and Mandarin. Expert/Essential
- Excellent communication skills. Expert/Essential
- The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives.
